Tuesdays:
NHS low vision and glaucoma clinics
(please note these clinics are only for those who have made an appointment via the NHS)
Wednesdays:
Accessible Technology information and advice (all day Wednesday)
Art class (1pm – 2.30pm). Please contact is if you’d like to join this class.
Fridays:
Gentle exercise group (1pm – 2pm. Booking required)
Open drop-in (1pm – 3pm) – pop in for information, advice or just a chat with our team.
We also host social groups in various locations across Fife, including:
- Glenrothes, Lomond Centre (Tuesdays, 2-4pm)
- Dunfermline, Baldridgeburn Community Centre (Tuesdays, 10.30 am – 12.30)
- Cupar, Old Parish Centre (every second and fourth Wednesday, 1.30pm – 3.15pm)
- Kirkcaldy, Hayfield Road (every second and fourth Monday, 2 – 3.30pm)
