Are you looking to retrain in a rewarding role?

Do you have experience in social care, health care or a similar specialism?

Are you committed to empowering people to achieve their individual goals?

If this sounds like you, then you might want to consider training to become a Rehabilitation Officer to support people with visual impairment.  We’re looking for someone with a flair for motivating and empowering people to achieve their individual goals, and can support our clients to gain or regain their independence following sight loss.

Seescape is the leading charity provider of support services for people with a visual impairment in Fife. We aim to empower people with a visual impairment to live safely, independently and achieve their personal goals.

We can provide full training leading to a recognised qualification in Low Vision Rehabilitation (Graduate Diploma), and comprehensive on-the-job training to allow you to study while working. Upon qualification, you’ll become a Rehabilitation Officer working within Seescape’s Sight Support Team, where you’ll support clients to re-learn practical day-to-day skills, mobility skills to get around in their local community, and support with assistive aids and equipment.
